top location of the hotel; voluntary upgrade to higher quality room category, top rooms, top pool facility, very good restaurant, very helpful staff, super service from all staff, nice view of Tucson from the Starr Pass; highly recommendable... we were there for the second time already and didn't regret it, but spontaneously added another day.

Had a great time with the lazy river and beautiful pool area. The oversized cabana made our days so relaxing! The food by the pool was delicious, especially the fresh fruit. We'd totally choose this place again!

The hotel had great location so close to picturesque canyons, a beautiful lazy river, and fire pits galore, Engineering and the Salud restaurant and bar. Amazingly nice and accommodating staff were more than helpful and suggested different places to visit.

The Mediterranean dishes at the nearby Salud were a game-changer, totally elevating our culinary experience! Plus, the staff was friendly and professional. And let's not forget about the fun lazy river at the hotel! It was pure relaxation floating under the Tucson sun.
While our room had a great view, the noise from the pool area was quite a bother at night. Even with the windows closed, we could still hear the splashes and laughter, hard to catch some Z's.

Check-in was less than ideal due to communication issues, and the lack of complimentary breakfast options was a disappointment. It's a good choice for families seeking fun and relaxation, but be prepared for some service snags.
